Gerry Faloona is one of the most instantly recognisable speakers, MCs and comperes on the Irish professional circuit. His inspirational and motivational approach to his roles has made him a must at motivational and networking events across the country. His sessions not only provide excellent workable hints and tips, they are also guaranteed to motivate and entertain and his interaction skills are legendary.
His business background experience includes: the building trade, finance, oil, the public sector, social enterprise, international property, restaurants, cafés, hospitality, motorsport, television, radio and professional entertainment. Gerry has operated as board chair and board member in a number of organisations and has held senior management posts throughout his working life.
In 2007 he was named Northern Ireland’s Chartered Manager of the year and was a finalist for UK Manager of the year in 2007. In 2013 he was presented with an outstanding contribution award by the Chartered Management Institute.
Gerry has been a presenter, co-presenter and contributor to programmes on Belfast 89FM since the inception of the station. He presented a magazine for about 8 months but currently presents the Wednesday “Lunchbox” show from 12 noon to 2pm every week. The lunchbox show is primarily a music show but it is dotted with wit, wisdom and interesting facts about the music played and anything that may be informative or interesting to our target audience.
Gerry has in the past presented on the motorsport television programme RPM shown on UTV, RTE and a myriad of non terrestrial stations.
Gerry is recognised as one of the most inspirational and motivational speakers on the Irish professional speaking circuit, specialising and speaking on many subjects but always with Motivation at the heart of the message.
