TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All listener events and trips are arranged in association with our partners in the travel and tourism industry, and their terms and conditions apply to the appropriate elements of each trip promoted by Belfast FM Limited.
Participating listeners are responsible for their own travel insurance.
If you cancel your booking for all or any member(s) of your party, you must notify us in writing immediately. As Belfast 89FM will have made payments for accommodation and travel on your behalf to ensure your booking is secure, cancellation costs will have been incurred.
Any card payment fees or insurance premiums are non-refundable.
Belfast 89FM therefore reserves the right to recover any out of pocket expenses in these instances, over and above the standard cancellation charges set out below: –

More than 42 days 100% Refund
42 – 29 days 35% of booking cost refunded
28 – or less 0% of booking cost refunded
The itinerary and entertainment schedule are described in good faith as known at the time the trip is promoted. We reserve the right to alter this in light of any unforeseen circumstances.
Belfast 89FM strives at all times to provide a positive and welcoming experience for our listeners. All trip participants are expected to conform to high standards of behaviour and not to spoil the enjoyment of others.
Photographs for publication on social and in other media may be taken during trips promoted by Belfast 89FM.
We undertake to try to resolve issues that may arise, and any complaints should be expressed In writing as soon as possible to the Managing Director, Belfast FM Limited.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, and any updates will be published on the Belfast 89 website (belfast89.com).
